Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
- Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Stick Butter
- Salt
Instructions
- Extract and clean pumpkin seeds
- Leave seeds to drain in colander
- Melt 1 stick of butter on the stove
- Pour butter over seeds (I do this over the cookie sheet so the extra butter is on the sheet too)
- Spread seeds on cookie sheet
- Bake at 400 for about 5 minutes
- Rotate/Move around seeds. Lightly salt
- Bake another 5 minutes or until properly browned.
