Steak Bordelaise
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Steak
- 2 tbsp Oli
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cup wine
- 1 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Brown steak and onions in oil
- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove meat and make gravy
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
