Chinese Beef and Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb Cubed Steak
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3/4 tsp ginger
- 1 1/2 cup beef bullion
- 1/4 cup cooking wine
- 1 Large Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cup Instant Rice
Instructions
- Sauté beef, onion and garlic in oil until beef is brown.
- Add ginger, green peppers, bouillon soy sauce and wine.
- Cook covered for 20 minutes
- Bring to boil (add more water for more instant rice)
- Add instant rice
- Cover and remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
