Chinese Beef and Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Cubed Steak
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 3/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 cup beef bullion
  • 1/4 cup cooking wine
  • 1 Large Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Instant Rice

Instructions
 

  • Sauté beef, onion and garlic in oil until beef is brown.
  • Add ginger, green peppers, bouillon soy sauce and wine.
  • Cook covered for 20 minutes
  • Bring to boil (add more water for more instant rice)
  • Add instant rice
  • Cover and remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
