Steak Bordelaise

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Steak
  • 2 tbsp Oli
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup wine
  • 1 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions
 

  • Brown steak and onions in oil
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Remove meat and make gravy
  • Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
