Shepard’s Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 can cream soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 4-6 cups mashed potatoes
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Brown beef and drain
- Add creme soup to beef and mix
- Add corn and mix
- spread meat and corn mixture into bottom of 13×9 glass baking dish
- Cover with mashed potatoes
- Sprinkle cheese no top of mashed potatoes
- Bake at 400 until top is lightly brown.
