Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (or can use 1/2 tsp each dried parsley, dried basil, dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper)
- 1/2 tsp kosher sal
Instructions
- Slice bread into 1/4″ (6mm) slices or cubes.
- Place onto dehydrator sheets.
- Dry at 150°F/65°C until dry and crumbly. Usually from 1-3 hours. (2 hours worked)
- Pulse in a food processor or blender to preferred consistency.
- For 1 cup of breadcrumbs add Italian seasoning above.
