If you cannot find certain encounters and notes from the legacy EMR in Epic, you may need to adjust the following filters in the Chart Review screen. 

For missing encounters, uncheck the Hide Additional Visits Filter.

For missing notes, uncheck the Hide Additional Notes and Provider Only filters:
