Data purging in HOT

some data does but most of it is actually kept in the database tables and just not accessible on the front end.  But it could be retrieved with reports.

I’ll look and make sure but i think the physician free text notes parts are kept.

From the front end, I found that if you got to a visit and click on the history, the whole thing comes up with all the audits.  So, it looks like all the Freetext boxes are kept.

I found a patient from a year ago who’s data all came up.

At some point UH moved a bunch of the old data into an Arc table but it is all still there.

So, the earliest data in the Data table is 2011 but it appears that data moved to the arc table has rules i can’t understand.  I am relatively sure it was done manually not by the application.
