Reporting

Hey @DanielRausch – Are you referring to Unified Communications groups? Can you provide some examples of what we are using these for?

We generally don’t have any performance concerns with adding new groups, but of course we don’t want there to be unnecessary ones that are rarely used.

There is a Reporting Workbench template that can be used to show information about the current groups built out, including the number of members currently in each one. That would be the best way to see which groups might be good candidates for clean up.
