Each consult needs Descriptor and locator? pool type

Each consult also needs its own pool (LWS) (known as registries in hyperspace)

Steps to Build

  1. Build registry entry
  2. Build Descriptor in text
  3. Build workstation in text (all three of these, use the same number, easier to troubleshoot)
  4. Add to destination map 1 on the first page.
