FYI:  I did some investigating re: the tickets in the Roundtrip queue from Social Workers.  After speaking to Hildy Pearl on the Beacon team, I’ve learned that the issues that ambulatory oncology social workers have is not a “Roundtrip issue”.  Per Hildy, they need an oncology specific navigator that gives them access to the right RT documentation which triggers patients to cross to RT and this build is owned by the Ambulatory team.  I have spoken to Emily Bertsch and other Ambulatory team members about this and they agree that it’s appropriate to transfer these tickets to their queue.
